1.1 Personal Information You Provide

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Register or log into the App

  • Participate in video conferences

  • Upload or scan documents

  • Contact customer support

Depending on usage, this may include:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Country

  • Profile image

  • Documents or images you upload

  • Content shared within Trust Rooms

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate.


1.2 Information Collected Through Device Permissions

To provide core functionality, the App may request access to certain device features:

Camera

Used for:

  • Taking photos

  • Scanning documents

  • Participating in video conferences

The camera is accessed only when explicitly triggered by the user.

Microphone

Used for:

  • Audio participation in video conferences

The microphone is activated only during active conference sessions initiated by the user.

Biometric Authentication

If enabled by the user, biometric authentication (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition) may be used solely to unlock the App locally on the device.

Biometric data is processed by the device operating system and is not collected, stored, or transmitted by us.


1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

  • Device type

  • Operating system

  • App version

  • Basic log data for security and troubleshooting purposes

We do not collect precise geolocation data.


2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We process personal information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services

  • Enable secure communication and collaboration

  • Facilitate document sharing and video conferencing

  • Maintain account authentication and security

  • Prevent fraud and misuse

  • Comply with legal obligations

9. DO-NOT-TRACK

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals.

Changes become effective when published with a revised “Last updated” date.
